I am Laura, hairstylist and owner at Velaz Beauty Studio.

At Velaz beauty, you can look forward to being met with a warm and welcoming space where your vision is executed with advanced technical skills, experience, high-quality products and tools.

With over 14 years of experience and countless classes that range from makeup certifications to curly hair cutting, I have focused on not only spending time behind the chair honing my skill but in class too!
I make it a point to attend a minimum of 3 classes a year.

My skills include multi highlighting techniques, balayage, color, corrections curly hair cutting. Bridal and special occasion hair styling.

My goal for every person that comes to my studio is that they feel heard and understood that they feel educated on the process to achieve their goal that they feel comfortable asking questions, and are met with kindness and respect and doing so.

I love being a hairstylist because it’s so rewarding to see a beautiful transformation happen on my chair beyond the person’s hair.
